Tony Gilbert - Interim Pastor

Tony is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree.   He completed his Masters of Science in Education degree in July of 2007.

Tony served in volunteer and part-time ministry positions while employed as a Tax Auditor for the State of Arkansas for nine years.  He has served as pastor, associate pastor, and church planter in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Texas.

He and his wife Crystal recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary.  They have two children who are both currently in college.

    Rodney Cooper - Minister of Music

  Rodney graduated from the Little Rock Missionary Baptist Seminary in 1985 with an associates degree in church music.  He later graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1988.

  Rodney has been the worship leader at Fairview Baptist Church for over 14 years. He moved to the delta in 1989 and became a part-time music teacher at Dell Elementary School and the music director at Fairview Baptist Church.

  Rodney is now a full time elementary music teacher at Manila Public Schools, teaching Kindergarten through 6th grade. Rodney lives in Dell, Arkansas and is very involved in this small community of 254 serving as a City Councilman.

Crystal Gilbert Secretary

   Crystal has served as secretary of Fairview Baptist Church during 2008. She is the wife of Interim Pastor Tony Gilbert.
